Dear Heather, Fiona and Family ~ I was terribly sorry to hear this sad news. I was so privileged to call Billy and Ann my friends. Their mentorship and kindness to me as a St Andrew’s Ambulance Cadet was truly inspirational. I still remember the pride I had to be a member of such an organisation and the sense of public service it instilled in me. Your father’s guidance was instrumental in my decision to join the Army where his continued friendship and encouragement was greatly appreciated.
